Dr. Jason McEvaddy B.A., B.DENT.SC. HONS.

Jason graduated in 1996 with an Honours Degree from Trinity College, Dublin. He worked in the United Kingdom for a number of years, where he completed many post graduate courses including Restorative, Crown/Bridge work, Cosmetic, Implantology, Tooth Whitening, Orthodontic (Braces) and Surgical Specialities.

He moved back to Galway in 2002 and has been working in General Practice since. Jason has a special interest in Cosmetic/Crown/Bridge and Implant Dentistry. 

Dr. Alison Browne, Dental Surgeon

Alison is a 2018 graduate of Trinity College Dublin and has spent the years since working in privates practises in Dublin, London and now Galway. 

She has completed a post graduate diploma in Clear Aligner Therapy with City of London Dental School and is a Comprehensive Invisalign provider. She is passionate about minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry, being skilled in the area of composite bonding and veneers and is currently a student of the Masters in Aesthetic Dentistry program at King’s College London.

Dr Ali Alzein, Dental Surgeon

Ali graduated from Trinity College Dublin with an honors degree in Dental Surgery. He is deeply passionate about all aspects of dentistry, with a special focus on Root Canal Therapy and Periodontal treatment.

Ali remains abreast of the latest technology and research in dental materials and treatments, consistently integrating these advancements into his practice.

Devoted to staying current, Ali avidly reads science journals and strives to apply the most recent findings to his patient treatment plans. Creating a welcoming and stress-free environment is a top priority for Ali, ensuring his patients feel at ease throughout their dental experiences. His commitment to excellence in patient care has been recognized, as evidenced by his award as the Colgate Caring Dentist of Connacht/Ulster.

Beyond the realm of dentistry, Ali enjoys spending his time at the gym and playing football.

Dr. Leah Smyth, Dental Surgeon

Born and raised in Salthill, Galway, Leah graduated with an Honours degree from Semmelweis University of Medical Sciences, Budapest.

Prior to this, Leah obtained an Honours International Corporate Law degree at NUIG. Despite having enjoyed her legal studies, she always felt her true vocation was in healthcare.

Studying abroad opened up many opportunities, not least of which included the opportunity to travel extensively and mix with friends and colleagues from many continents, which she feels benefits her enormously in communication with patients from all walks of life.

Leah is passionate about developing her career in Dentistry and continues to update her skills by regularly attending CPD courses. She has a keen interest in facial aesthetics, is an invisalign provider and is currently studying to obtain her postgraduate certificate in Restorative Dentistry.

Dr. Lorcan O'Brien, Dental Surgeon

Lorcan is a distinguished dental surgeon, a graduate of UCC Dental School. He is deeply committed to providing his patients with a serene and comfortable experience. His foremost priority is restoring the health and beauty of your smile while guiding you through the essentials of oral care. Lorcan possesses a keen interest in the advancements of restorative dentistry and diligently stays abreast of the latest developments in the field. He places great emphasis on patient education, ensuring that each individual understands their treatment options and actively participates in their journey toward optimal oral health. Beyond his professional pursuits, Lorcan enjoys participating in yoga sessions and delights in exploring the scenic landscapes of Galway on his bike.

Dental Surgeon

James studied dentistry at Queen’s University Belfast and graduated with distinction in 2013. After graduating from Queens, James moved to England to undertake further training in Bristol and Cheltenham. was during this time that James attended many courses and developed his knowledge in his main areas of interest: dental implants, prosthodontics and periodontics. James was awarded his MSc in Dental Implantology in October 2019.
James enjoys all aspects of dentistry especially helping people overcome their fear and making their treatment easy. He has a special interest in repairing teeth so they look natural and a special interest in the replacement of missing teeth.
For relaxation he plays seven musical instruments in various groups and plays rugby on Saturdays.
